Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

Satisfaction Guarantee:  If we make a mistake with your order, or if you are unhappy with the quality of any of our products we will guarantee your satisfaction!  We will pay return shipping for any issues of our fault. We can offer either a full refund or a replacement.

Returns and Exchanges:  Please email us at support@patrickadairsupplies.com to request a refund or exchange before shipping a package to us so that we can make sure we are ready to receive it.  We will accept returns and exchanges on the condition that the product(s) are unused. Customized products (such as engraved items) are generally not eligible for exchange. Customers will pay the return shipping.  When we receive the returned item we will verify the quality, we will then issue a full refund or exchange for your products.  

Warranty:  Please contact us at support@patrickadairsupplies.com for any concerns regarding a warranty on your product.  Most tools have a 1 year warranty such as our mandrels, diamond hole saws, etc.  Many of our rough materials are difficult to warranty, but we will look at each inquiry on a case by case basis.
