Zircon
Zircon
Zircon is a highly-valued gemstone commonly found in Cambodia and Burma. Zircon is naturally found as a dark brown color but can later be heat-treated to bring out this blue color. Zircon is by far the most brilliant blue gemstone with a higher reflective index than even sapphire and tanzanite. Zircon is known for having outstanding brilliance and high dispersion - which means it is really sparkly. It has a Mohs hardness of 6-7.5. This delicate blue inlay enhance any ring.
Purchase includes 1g of crushed Zircon which can make roughly 5 rings.

I ordered a number of stones with my most recent ring projects, Zircon, Apatite and Amazonite. While the Zircon is a tough stone the ring project turned out great! Just have to be patient and persistent in working with it.
Used this to make a December birthstone ring with 3 other colors associated with December birthdays. Such a beautiful color!
I've ordered Zircon from other suppliers, but the quality isn't even close to what I get with Patrick Adairs.
Love the sparkle but 1gram isn't enough for larger rings.
