Our ring kits are hands-on, DIY kits rather than finished rings — the ring blank arrives unfinished on purpose, so you can shape, sand, and polish it yourself. If that wasn't clear from the product name, I completely understand the frustration.

We accept returns for products in like-new condition. I have emailed you the return address separately.

More than any other ring kit we've offered, this one has surprised some customers. Because of its broad appeal, it's reaching people who aren't familiar with our ring-making supplies, and some haven't realized the tools and glue needed to complete the ring are sold separately, even though that is stated in the product description.
