Amazing blue color

I made some rings for my parents, meant to resemble their wedding rings (same color blue). The color on these opals really radiate. It's very strong, very vivid, and gorgeous! I had expected the rings to turn out a little duller, especially on black ceramic blanks. I was happily surprised by how they turned out.
